MACHINE RENEWAL AND OVERHAUL PROCESS STEPS
Bager Machinery provides services in compliance with quality management system steps.
01

Inspection and Evaluation
An inspection is conducted to assess the machine's condition and needs. The current state, lifespan, components requiring replacement, and functionality are evaluated.
02

Planning
Based on the review and evaluation, the scope and process of the revision are determined. A plan is developed, taking into account factors such as the supply of necessary parts and materials, labor, and timing.
03

Parts and Materials Procurement
Parts and materials needed for the overhaul are sourced, including original parts or suitable alternatives
04

Disassembly
Worn or damaged parts are carefully removed, including hydraulic system connections, valves, cylinders, electrical connections, and undercarriage components.
05

Cleaning and Maintenance
Disassembled parts and the machine are thoroughly cleaned, and necessary chassis maintenance and repairs are performed.
06

Renewal and Repair
Damaged or worn parts are repaired or replaced. Components such as hydraulic cylinders, valves, pumps, and diesel engines are inspected and repaired or replaced as needed
07

Assembly
Renewed or repaired parts are reassembled into the machine according to the project specifications, ensuring all connections are correct.
08

Testing and Adjustment
Post-overhaul tests and adjustments are conducted to ensure proper operation, including hydraulic pressure tests, performance tests, electrical leakage tests, and other control processes
09

Trial and Commissioning
After completion, the machine is test-run and commissioned. Functionality and performance are verified, and adjustments are made if necessary.
